2.1 Visitors browsing the site
When you visit Square41, we automatically collect standard technical information through Google Analytics, including your approximate location (country/city), browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and used solely to understand how our platform is used and to improve it.
We do not collect or store personally identifiable information about casual visitors.
2.2 Employers and organisations posting jobs
If you post a job or register your organisation on Square41, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name and contact e-mail address
- Your organisation's name, logo, and description
- Job listing details (title, location, deadlines, etc.)
- Billing information processed via Stripe (we do not store card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data directly)
We use this information to publish your listing, manage your account, send you service-related communications, and process payments.
2.3 Contact form
If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name and e-mail address solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
2.4 Job seekers
Square41 is a job listing platform. We do not handle applications, CVs, or any personal data from job seekers. Clicking "Apply" on a listing will take you directly to the employer's own website or application process.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to operate the site and to collect analytics data. Specifically:
- Google Analytics cookies — track aggregate usage patterns (pages viewed, session duration, traffic sources). You can opt out via the cookie banner or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
